Building a professional trade website normally costs £1,500–£3,000 upfront. We can skip that fee because the build, the platform and the ongoing support are all funded by managed hosting at £25/month, on a 12-month minimum term.
Managed WordPress hosting (in plain English) means we run your website on fast, secure servers and handle the technical side for you — updates, SSL certificate, daily backups, security hardening, uptime monitoring and hosting support — so you can focus on the job.

If you cancel hosting
The free build is conditional on hosting with us. If you cancel hosting before the 12-month minimum, an early-exit fee applies to cover the cost of the build. After the initial term, you can cancel monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Ownership and terms
You own your business name, domain, text, photos and customer-facing content. Max Trade Leads and WP Pro Host retain ownership of the underlying framework, templates and build system. Once you complete your initial term, we can discuss export or migration options if needed.
